The genesis of this project is an imitative by Government of India to set up e-Learning centers across the country. Such an e-learning center with sophisticated video conferencing facilities, acoustic treatment and intelligent lighting controls have been integrated to the 350 seat Lecture Theater proposed by the CIHSR, Dimapur.
